EDIT: BTW if your wondering why her eyes are all out of wack, aka, the left one is all in, its because she is Dyslexic AND she needs glasses, so her eyes tweek when she is reading something, liek me PHHF

PHHHFFFF I FOUND A SECRET TO MAKING THE SCALES

I selected the parts that needed scales
i copied it to another layer
then i used the Stained Glass effect

BTW i used Photoshop

ANYWHO

I said she cant swim too well AND hats being cold SO

she has a fuzzy scarf-tube, and fluffy floaters! it keeps her warm and helps her swim she has four fluffy floaters, 3blue and one rainbow

yes that IS a goldfish in the Ocean XD he is just chillin ok

this took like 2 hours

and i LOVED making it

i got the idea of it being "Filmed" when i was almost done coloring her, i said, "why is she looking at me?"

well, its because, I AM FILMING THE RARE CREATURE!
